Finally i have make a decision to move to another house.
Currently we stayed at 5th floor apartment without lift facility. Everyday need to up and down, sometimes few times a day, i feel so so tiring after 6 years plus here and honestly I don't like this lifestyle.
Sometimes my relatives or friends come to visit, they just like doing a big exercise to come to 5th floor. Because no lift, my dad never visit my house coz he cannot walk on so many steps of staircase and every time my mum come here, she is so tiring and difficuilt to go up to 5th floor, pity her :(
Mostly here are malay food, so we have to travel out far to get a chinese food, that is no wet market nearby, we will always go to pandan jaya wet market to buy.
You may think why we choose to buy 5th floor, coz my hubby bought it before we marry, so he only see 5th floor is the cheaper price but did not see how incovenience caused, gosh... suffer life... haha...
Anywhere here is a good place to stay beside the inconvenience, I love the environment here, the air is fresh and cool whenever raining day, just like the genting highland. It is very peaceful place as never heard theft case happened here, probably due to malay area.
I feel so 不舍得 to leave out my old house, there have full of my memories, so sayang...
I will move to another house located at pandan jaya, it is 2nd hand double storey terrace house i bought 1 year plus ago. That is many chinese store available, wet market also nearby, the more important things are Ting Ting's school is there, hubby working place is there, and i took my LRT also there too. It is so convenience place for us compared to apartment.
But the place is not so peaceful as compared my apartment here, my sister advise me to install an alarm, but i would think to install later...
Now i have make arrangement with my tenant, they will move out this month, i plan to do some minor touch up and choose a suitable day to move in, i plan to rent a lori to move all my things, anyone know how much the cost ?
